Will not work with Dremel

I bought these to use with Dremel. This rod is too small in diameter for the Dremel to grip it. I had to use them in a cordless drill, not what I wanted and they are not that easy to work with. They also wear out pretty quickly. If they were the right diameter, everything would be fine.
