I love the sweet mint flavor, not too spicy.
I like the sweet taste of mint, it's not overpowering like a big L brand that burns. It makes breath fresh and clean and my kids 4 and 6 love it too.

The sweetener xylitol is obtained from the fibrous parts of the plant, which taste like normal organic sugar. We do not use any fillers, flow aids or other added sugars.
