Review on 🪒 Proraso Refreshing and Toning Shaving Cream for Men - Menthol & Eucalyptus, 5.2 oz. by Crystal Lawson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Classic for a reason.

I've been wet shaving for over a year, trying different soaps and creams Cream: Non-lathering. Not a bad product, but weird to use. Conch (amber soap): damn nice. Smell is faint (could be stronger) but lather is good and really affordable 4 oz. Himalaya by Men's Soap Company: Not bad. Not great but okay. A bit pricey as it's not as good as Col. Conk but costs 2x more. Taylor from Old Bond (Peppermint): Not as good as I was hoping for the price. If I call THIS Proraso (10), I would call it ToOB 8 or 9. THE! THIS is the stuff for me to go forward! Great smell, thick foam. Smoothness: 7 out of 10 (Not as smooth as Cremo, but a tiny dollop creates enough lather to maybe reapply 4 coats, so no problem) Lather Speed: A pea-sized dollop and about 1 teaspoon. whipped into shaving cream in about 30-40 seconds. After each pass I add about 4 drops of water to keep the lather moist (I shave pretty slowly). If you're trying to make up your mind, DO IT! You will probably like it. And in case you're wondering, YES, I paid full price for this, and NO, I'm not being asked or paid to say this. I was just impressed and decided to share.
