Review on Enhance Your Audio Experience with Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Headphones and Knox Gear Mount Bundle by Kio Dump ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.

I wanted to find "traditional" headphones with adequate noise suppression because I am not a fan of real wireless headphones (I always seem to lose one of them and they aren't as comfortable). They performed as expected, blocking out unwanted background noise in the workplace while yet allowing the wearer a comfortable seat. When you turn on some tunes or put on some headphones, the world around you fades away. The same goes for the airplane, except there will be more background noise. Remember that with noise reduction, higher-frequency sounds will be heard better than lower-frequency noises. As if coming out of a tin can, the human voice sounds artificially reverberant when played via subpar speakers. There are also a number of squeaks that may be heard clearly. As the headphones aren't water-resistant, I wouldn't risk getting them wet by wearing them outside in the rain, and neither should you if you care about protecting your investment.

Pros
  • Even though I'm not a huge music fan, I found the headphones to have excellent sound quality, excellent passive sound insulation, and active noise cancellation on par with the highest-end vacuum headphones. Comfy to wear and discreetly transparent Powerful batteries + Connecting two gadgets at once + Possibility of 3.5-millimeter-cable hookup
Cons
  • Can't easily use them as headphones and microphone at the same time on Windows PC, only as headphones (need dancing with a tambourine); Touch control is not very sensitive to deliberate pressing, but is too sensitive to accidental touches; Sometimes reluctant to switch between two connected devices; Ears under the headphones can fog up quite a bit in warm weather.
