The Main + Mesa 4" Terrazzo Coasters are eye catching and the colorful beige pattern complements most decors . The mottled pattern runs through all coasters so you never have to worry about it ever coming off and the pattern on each coaster is slightly different. The edges of the coasters are slightly rustic, which gives them an attractive variability in appearance. The coasters are a good weight so they should distract in place, although my cat quickly figured out how to nudge one of them into the room. Now for the cons. Coasters do not absorb moisture from glasses or small drops from glasses and cups. They are almost waterproof, which is good for terrazzo floors but not very desirable for furniture stands. The coasters do not have a cork bottom, instead three small vinyl dots are glued to the underside of the coaster. The vinyl dots serve to protect the furniture, but I find the cork discs from other manufacturers more practical. The coasters do not come with a rack to store them when not in use. It seems that one would be included in this price category. With the above qualities, recommend Terrazzo Main + Mesa 4" Drink Coasters to potential buyers. They're not perfect, but they're attractive and appear to be well made.
