Wii worth it in legacy systems

I bought these for my mother in law because she broke so much she needed a new one with a strap and a rubber protector that I didn't know it came with. Obviously the sensors are doing the best for the 2006 console but I will buy them again as it will likely break one or the TV. again who knows
