Used in place of a surgical collar when our Golden was neutered. Our golden female weighs 60 pounds. I tried XXL first but our girl is tall so she needed XXXL. The product worked great. He protected her wound and she could still potty with him. The buttons at the back (they go from the neck to the tail. Easy to put on and take off) stayed securely fastened - no problem if she accidentally falls out of her clothes. I would recommend this product.
