Had a lot of pain in the upper part of the elbow. Doc said it was a tennis elbow and some strap. I ordered these because they have a stainless steel ring and are very well made. After two weeks the tennis elbow is gone and if I feel any discomfort now I wear it for a day or two. I can only recommend them, they are very well made and work great. If you have a bad case and need to wear it for longer, they are very comfortable and relieve pain immediately thanks to the pressure they put on the muscles/tendons.
