For reference: - I am a licensed beautician - I have sensitive combination skin (including rosacea) so I was looking for a new exfoliating product. I've found that I prefer exfoliating products that can be rinsed off in the shower because I can apply moisturizer, serum, etc. as soon as I get out of the shower. The ingredient list is good. It contains both glycolic acid and salicylic acid. (Although it's more glycol based, it's my favorite chemical peel.) As for the formula, I really like it. It has texture. but these are not great pearls like a thicket. Very soft. It didn't flare up my rosacea so it's gentle. (My face doesn't like scrubs!) The ONLY thing I personally don't like is the smell. It smells like lavender, which is not my favorite scent in the world. But that's just a personal preference. Because my skin loves it very much, otherwise I still give it a 5 star rating. TIP: DO NOT use exfoliating products as a cleanser to remove makeup, dirt, oil, etc. First, clean your skin with your regular cleanser. Then just use it to exfoliate. And exfoliation only at night! And don't forget the sun protection factor during the day. :)
