the handle is adjustable in length. After moving the handle to the desired length, its rotation is intended to fix the handle in the desired position. The dial doesn't hold its position. The handle returns to its minimum length and the shovel rotates when you try to use it. I will solve the problem by drilling the handle and inserting a pin or bolt in the hole to prevent it from unlocking and moving. I shouldn't have done that.
