I bought this product a few months ago and have really enjoyed it. I have several complaints. The first complaint is that the screen protector does not allow the device to be charged while it is closed. That's very disappointing. It has a hole for the charger but for some reason it won't connect. Second, to use the stand, you have to partially remove the cover. That's how it's designed, but if it were to fall in that position I don't think it would be very well protected. Finally, there is a keyboard case that does not fit third-party keyboards. I didn't realize this could be a problem, so I didn't have a protective case with me. All in all, this product is not for me and I will be buying another brand as soon as possible. Good luck with your decision --- Update -- More than 5 months have passed. I just dropped my Surface Pro 3 off the couch. This is a total drop of about a foot and a half. I charged my Surface Pro and the stand was extended meaning the "sleeve" didn't protect the bottom corners (now you are because you have to detach it to take the stand out and charge). Don't you know it's the exposed corner that hits the tile floor? I know I'm just as shocked as you are. Unfortunately I can't give this product zero or minus stars. Totally useless for the intended purpose. Thank god I bought a drop coating. Thanks for taking my money Otterbox. I will never buy this brand again.
