The perfect one-step make-up remover! Can remove eye makeup without using cotton balls, bottled makeup remover, etc. Thoughtful design also makes it easy to remove/reapply just eye makeup; for those cases where you want to leave the foundation etc as is and just touch up the eyes. Ease of use also means it's not all that tempting to sleep with eye makeup on! I have never seen anything like this and I really like the product.
