These glasses are very light. Light enough to leave bruises on the bridge of the nose. The ear part of the frame is flexible and easy to put on and take off. The nose clip is attached to the frame so I can put on and take off my glasses without pulling my hair out. You are very clear. In fact, I love them so much I have 7 pairs. Four pairs 1x in tortoise shell for normal reading and 3 pairs 3x in other colors for super detailed work. I keep pair 1 and 3 in different places around the house and knowing that 1 is always a tortoiseshell I can tell the correct pair at a glance. Also, I keep a #1 turtle in my pouch for menus etc. You won't regret buying a pair.
