The dashboard is very user friendly, it allows you to customize your dashboards by adding columns and charts as needed. It's easy to create custom reports from this platform which are useful in providing actionable insights across multiple departments within an organization. I would like more integration with other platforms such as Salesforce or Outlook so that we can seamlessly pull data into our platform without having to manually input the information every time. You gain immediate access to all of your sales data and historical performance trends at any given point in time. This gives us valuable insight into what has been successful over the past year and enables us to make better decisions going forward. It also helps give us confidence when making forecasts about upcoming revenue targets. There have also been some improvements made to this product since my last review regarding customer service. They now offer additional services including live chat support. We use it mainly internally but do occasionally share the info externally as well. Our teams can quickly analyze their weekly.
