I love chard and it can be so hard to find it in grocery stores. It has a mild flavor like spinach, but keeps better when cooked and doesn't break down like spinach. I think it's great and if you love greens but haven't tried it yet I recommend it. Recipe idea: Remove the stems and tear the leaves into pieces with your hands. Heat a spoonful of oil in a frying pan and add the herbs, stirring for a minute. Add a chopped (or pressed) clove of garlic and cook for another minute. Add 1/4 cup water and cover. Heat up for about 7 minutes. Uncover and add 2 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Surcharge. Delicious!
