Bracket, overall great company - All the monitor stands I've assembled have all been great buys. I've recently had stabbing pains in my right arm due to RSI movements while working at a desk. I have found that I need an arm brace to take the pressure off my arm. This product was a good choice and has since reduced the pain. I just bought one for my left hand as I feel like I need balance at the table now, only one seemed to create a slight imbalance in posture that could cause other body aches later on. Good product. Looks a bit weird on my desk, but when I work 8 hours a day at my desk, it becomes a lot easier.
