The ease of use, customer service and support are fantastic features! Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Their customer support team is always willing to help you with any issues you may have and they're available to answer questions via email as well! I would say that the initial setup and training of their staff can be a bit lengthy but once everything gets set up it's great to have! We've been able to increase our traffic and sales by using this application. It has allowed us to expand our reach and have more people see our menus! The software is very simple to use and the customer service is very helpful. I like the fact that the software is updated frequently. It would be nice if the software had more options for restaurants. We are still learning how to use it best. One of the benefits is that it is very easy to use and the software is updated frequently. We are able to keep our customers informed on what we are having for specials and events.
