Hated then loved and now, mmm.

First, as everyone says, I just had to try water. It was terrible. I then tried some of the reviewers' suggestions and liked this one with water or unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and no butter. On the first day I really wanted to eat something, the liquid food was very heavy! It was a little easier on the second day and easier again on the third day. I lost 6 pounds in the first 4 days but cheated a bit. I ate some cooked veggies from the broth I made or avocados for the healthy fats. On the 5th day I included 1 meal per day, but for dinner because I really wanted to eat with my family again. If you have children, this diet will be very difficult for you. Cooking and not being able to eat what you just cooked after sniffing at it for an hour is TORTURE and my poor family felt really bad because I "can't eat" :( But anyway I have did this for a few days and then started adding some snacks with 2 shakes, broth and a small dinner I lost another 4lbs over the next week but when I switched to 1 shake a day I stopped then I took up a bit, reduced my calories and went back to 1 shake a day plus a Body Fortress whey protein shake if I worked that day. Then I lost a few pounds again and am slowly losing an average of 1 pound a week I believe you will lose weight first because you cut your calories significantly! 3 shakes a day plus broth is about 600-700 calories depending on how you make your shakes. I don't think there's anything "synergistic" " in there ". It also won't speed up your metabolism. It has helped I have less sugar and salt cravings, and I think it's used in such a tasteless way that you lose your taste tolerance. So as you reintroduce sweet and salty foods into your diet, it becomes more apparent. In general, I think it's good to lose weight fast, but it's difficult to stick to the rules and it's not ideal for long-term weight loss, so make sure you have a plan for afterward. healthier lifestyle, diet and exercise. plan, or I can guarantee you'll get it all back.
