Review on Efficient Stainless Steel Smart Electric Pressure Cooker and Canner - 9.5 Qt: A Perfect Kitchen Companion by Nolan White

I love my Carey Smart Pressure Canner - so far I've only used it for pressure canning so I can't speak to its other features. I have multiple sclerosis and as my disease progressed I could no longer use my giant All American. I miss my All-American, but this Carey is AMAZING. I'm so thankful that I can use it at home and not have to worry about it. Some may argue that it only produces 4 liters at a time but I will say 4 is better than NONE and that's how much I did before purchasing this electric preserver. It was a great blessing to me and gave me back a small part of my life that MS was trying to take. I've been using it for about 10 months now and have no complaints. I preserved all my usual foods: beef, venison, chicken, bone broth, soup, stew, beans, and so on. No questions. I have a review on my YouTube channel if you are interested - Heritage Homestead.
