Solar charge controller arrived not working
Solar charge controller arrived not working with the negative battery output cable disconnected, none of the lights are on and it won't charge my devices from the USB port. The wires are not color coded: black and black, not black and red. Only the ends are color coded. I'm giving it 3 stars because the panel itself is functional enough to turn on the light on the spare charge controller I had laying around.
