Best for severely dry and chapped lips
Sometimes I get an allergic reaction that makes my lips swell and then peel and crack. This is going to be a big event and I have tried many products to prevent tears and prolong recovery. Burt's Moisturizing Lip Oil was a chance find at CVS. it looked different than all the stick preps that tugged and ripped my lips even more. Relief was immediate and healing began, which lasted about 3 days. If I use it every night before bed, I no longer have any problems. I travel with him and have at least two tubes on hand and also pray that Burts will never discontinue the product. It has a mild aroma and taste. Mostly neutral, not sticky or sweet at all. Good product!
