I wore this to a 13 mile Spartan Beast run and forgot I had it on. It pulls well and holds more than enough water especially when there are water holes every 2 miles. The bag is big enough to fit a few energy packs and maybe a protein bar. water pressure is good. Removing the bubble can be a bit of a chore, but I'm pretty sure I just have to do it to understand.
