like everyone else through headphones

I agree that no matter which headphones you try, everyone will have a different listening experience. But I have to name it based on my experience with the Blue Satellite headphones. I've been waiting for these headphones for months, just like everyone else. It finally arrived a few days ago and I was very disappointed. Apparently my expectations were too high. Because I had a Bose Q35, a Sony MDR1000X and a Sennheiser PXC 550 and they all had their weaknesses. So I figured Blue would capitalize on the flaws that people were complaining about with these top-of-the-line ANC headphones, so I had high hopes for the Blue Satellite ANC headphones. Here's what I think of the Blue Satellite Headphone: The ANC function is a joke, worse than the Sennheiser PXC550. I took it to work where I sit next to the network gear hoping it would block most of the noise but NO. I could still hear the equipment. When I activated the ANC function I hardly noticed any difference, there was almost no indication that it was activated. The Blue Satellite's sound is on par with the Sony MDR1000X, and the Blue Satellite's build quality is good. The Blue Satellite's convenience is the same as the Sony MDR1000X (awful); Too much clamping force on the ears, and the headband doesn't have enough cushioning, the head hurts. The cups touch the ears, very uncomfortable. Not everyone has small ears, they should have larger earpads that can be swapped out (this applies to everyone except Bose). Thanks to the Blue Satellite's amplifier function, you can hear a slight increase in the signal, but not by much. Conclusion: With the ANC, Sony dominates this space. In terms of comfort, Bose rules this space (no competitor yet). In terms of sound quality, Sennheiser is a leader in this category. Build quality - all good. I don't see the Blue Satellite outperforming the above ANC headphones in any category. That's my experience with all these ANC headphones. I'm sure it may be different for you.
