With 6% negative feedback I decided to register my Charge 3. I found the JBL registration page using Google and there were hundreds of items listed but not a single JBL Bluetooth product. No email addresses provided for product support - just a 1-800 number. It would be a stupid idea, so I didn't even try. Yes, JBL claims a warranty in their accompanying documentation, but neither website mentions anything. Using Google I was able to find a JBL product registration page but there is no mention of a bluetooth item. Nothing. I couldn't register my Charge 3. JBL takes my money with an ear-to-ear smile and has his back to me. And you.
