Doesn't last long Computer and Accessories

So after about 6 months of flawless use I suddenly lost everything I had and my phone said the SD card was corrupt. Tried pulling it out and back, nothing. I put it in my computer and formatted it but it keeps saying "SD card is write protected" so it's useless now.
