I thought a long time before ordering this chair due to the criticism I read in other posts (e.g. things to adjust, rough fabric for knee pads, etc.). However, I only received my chair 30 minutes ago and, contrary to other reports, was able to follow the instructions perfectly; It only took about 15 minutes to assemble (including unpacking) and no bending was required. In fact, I'm sitting in a chair right now as I type this and it's comfortable for me. Only time will tell if I still like it, but for now I sit more upright (which was the reason I bought the chair in the first place) and my eyes are now level with my monitors. The only minor complaint at the moment is that my legs don't have as much room as I would like. I think I'll have to raise the seat a bit to make room for them.
