The strap is tucked in to prevent snagging and as it is thinner than the strap that came with the watch it has a feminine look. I wasn't sure about the colors. daily use and other bands like this. I definitely didn't like those prints, so I took a chance on this one. I really liked the leopard stripes. And red is a beautiful color. It's dark red, which is good. I really hope they make these straps tighter. They are soft and easy to put on. Changing the strap was also easy. It stays clean and I wipe down the strap on both sides daily and so far it stays clean inside. I hate when this group goes dark because of their clothing which makes them look rough and dirty, but so far it's good
