This is an excellent product to moisturize the sensitive skin of dogs. This is especially good for dogs with light or pink skin. If you have a very active dog or live in a rural area where you need to wash your hair frequently, then you need to use this excellent oil to keep your pet's skin and coat clean. Good condition. Soothes skin irritations, soothes insect bites. I have been using this product on my two Hampshire and Darby Shih Tzus for three years now. It smells great and isn't too greasy. High quality spray bottle, will not clog, drip or fail. I paid $12 for a small bottle at a pet shop but found it at Revain for a penny a gallon. I just fill the smaller bottle and keep the larger one. As we walked around our 12 acre rural Florida farm, Darby & Hampshire might have picked up a flea or tick. I wipe down Darby & Hampshire with paper towels and rubbing alcohol. Then I apply emu oil and brush them with a flea comb. The oil slows the growth of fleas and ticks, making them easy to remove and dispose of. My vets recommend bathing the Darby & Hampshire every 2 weeks. This is a great solution between baths. If you see your pet itching, rub detergent or rubbing alcohol on them, then spray and rub emu oil on them. They will love you for it. Warning: Not for ears, eyes or face.
