User needs to install the Logitech Control Center Pack (download from Logitech). But Mac OS Catalina has many security barriers, and Logitech's code can't handle them. He wants access to all buttons, the screen and the file system (!). I tried providing them, but the Logitech documentation didn't provide any details and I couldn't find a way to grant the necessary screen/file permissions. Also, the installation requires multiple restarts of the Mac. Additionally, the Logitech Control Center reported "No Logitech devices found" even though the mouse worked and the keyboard seemed to work (but things like the caps lock key, function keys, and other necessary features didn't work). does not work.) Mac OS Catalina works great with wired USB mice and keyboards with no additional software required. It's strange that this product needs so much supporting software (and even then it doesn't work). I gave up. I will be returning this keyboard/mouse.
