Type of review

I already had one of these and use it on my desktop with a dual computer setup. Instead of taking it apart every time I wanted to use my laptop with a standard keyboard, I just bought a second one. The original has worked flawlessly for years, very few batteries have been used although it has rarely been turned off. So far this new element is working just as well. It's pretty easy, but I can still type pretty fast for my age. Just plug in a USB dongle, make sure you have the correct charged…

It was great until it broke and then Logitech's warranty expired

I really liked this keyboard. If space, key 7, ; and other buttons no longer work and are still under warranty, Logitech hired me to speak to several technicians and they all ask me to do the same tasks again. I spoke to more than 3 technicians and they didn't read what I did with other techniques. It took over 10 days to get a warranty replacement approved (believes it has a 3 year limited hardware warranty) and it doesn't seem to happen again. They no longer answer my emails. I've bought many

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Great price

User needs to install the Logitech Control Center Pack (download from Logitech). But Mac OS Catalina has many security barriers, and Logitech's code can't handle them. He wants access to all buttons, the screen and the file system (!). I tried providing them, but the Logitech documentation didn't provide any details and I couldn't find a way to grant the necessary screen/file permissions. Also, the installation requires multiple restarts of the Mac. Additionally, the Logitech Control Center…

Garbage! Do not buy - the keyboard does not work for a long time

I am very disappointed because the keyboard often does not work. The mouse is fine, but the keyboard stops working for a few minutes. Then I type one of the previous letters or the letters I wanted to type. Then it doesn't get deleted right away as I'm struggling with it. Since I am currently not able to sit at my desk and need a wireless keyboard, I am very frustrated. 2 stars because the mouse works, but otherwise it would only be 1 star and back. I can't go out to do a refund as I can't walk

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Long delivery time

The USB dongle is hidden in the battery compartment, hard to see and I thought it was missing. Luckily the Revain customer service rep knew where the key was and when I looked a second time I noticed it. What they should do is paint the top of the button differently so it stands out for those who, like me, don't have perfect eyesight. I'm very tech savvy, but I missed this small important part. I forgot the name of the employee who helped me and solved the problem in about 20 seconds over the…

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY

I bought this because I like Logitech and have had good experiences with their products in the past. This mouse and keyboard combo is terrible and a waste of money. Above all. These devices are NOT compatible with the Logitech Unifying Receiver. If you're not familiar, this is a program/feature that allows you to connect multiple Logitech devices with a single dongle. I already had a mouse with a Unifying receiver and was annoyed when I had to use the receiver that came with it. ESPECIALLY…

Updated but NOT better

Logitech in their infinite wisdom removed the unifying key from this product. Instead, you get a button that only works with that keyboard and mouse. Worse, they replaced the Set Point software with something new called "Options". This download is 3 times larger than the old Set Point program and is the first thing that asks you to create an account and share your story! No thank you! Of course, the Options software only controls the mouse, so if you want to customize the keyboard, you'll still

Pros

  • Definitely bad product

Pure garbage. - Mice

I have a Logitech K120 keyboard. I think it's really great for the price. Sufficiently tight keys and a pleasant layout. But I want to get rid of the cables, so I order the Logitech K270 as it has the exact same layout without the wifi. Should be 100% acceptable right? What a terrible keyboard. The membrane is so soft it feels like tapping into a bowl of custard. Works well when lagging a bit at 2ft, but not at 3ft. Let me demonstrate by typing literally 3ft from my tower: This is the tst key…
