I originally bought this for a cosplay costume that didn't work, but now I use it in my everyday outfits quite a bit. I prefer this type of belt over the belt with holes as it is adjustable and much more durable. While you may need to tighten the strap at times, it's nice that you can tighten it as tight as you like without being limited to preset sizes. In addition, this type of belt (and material) is very durable and will not tear or look worn like regular belts. It might not be the most stylish belt, but I often manage to hide it under my t-shirt when wearing it with slightly loose jeans.
