I like that it is able to be used by both small businesses and larger companies. It is very easy to use and has features that are customizable for any type of business. The customer service is also great, they will work with you and help you learn the software. I dislike that it does not have some of the advanced features such as a custom date format or a way to make notes within an email. It was hard for me to make note of tasks without having to open a document. This helped us keep track of all of our tasks.
