Update: Contacted the company and they were extremely helpful. They suggested replacing the leash but also offered two other leash options that didn't have metal buckles which obviously rubbed and broke the leash. Haven't installed it yet as it was very hot but will when the weather gets colder. I don't normally write negative reviews and don't assume positive intentions, but I'm so frustrated. We've had it for 3 months and we have 2 little girls and a toddler who used it daily. Yesterday when my 6 year old daughter and her friend (both underweight) were on it it literally broke in half causing them both to fall to the ground. My daughter injured her back in a fall. The line was installed correctly and I have no idea why this happened. I really hope that at least the company will return the money to us.
