Setting up a ninja course takes time, but YouTube videos help. Also the customer service is very good and if you have any questions they are always ready to help. The kit seems very strong. We've only played with it for a few days due to the cold weather, but it looks like it will last a long time. I didn't rate this category as I only used it for a short time. Update: Contacted the company and they were extremely helpful. They suggested replacing the leash but also offered two other leash options that didn't have metal buckles which obviously rubbed and broke the leash.
