This massage gun is ideal for everyday use. It comes with four attachments, each for a different muscle group, and they're easily interchangeable. My favorite is the ball as it's great for most of the entire body, but the ball head is great for untying knots. A fork or Y shape is great for the spine. My husband and I both use it and it has enough power for both of us, it can be easily zoomed in and out by sliding your finger across the LCD screen on the back. I wish it came with a hard case. It comes with a bag to put everything. Also, the battery life seems to be just as long as others I've tried. It comes with a wall charger that plugs into the bottom for charging.
