Poor design results in too little and too much pressure in the same hose.
The sleeve does not provide enough consistent pressure even though I bought a second set of medium sized sleeves. Exceptions are the sleeve ends, which were much narrower than the middle part, which made the sleeve very uncomfortable to wear. As a result, the sleeves decayed.
