I like the idea of this tool but it didn't work as I hoped. It tends to freeze when taken out of the freezer as the moisture in the air freezes onto it, causing it to scratch the plastic when you use it, further contributing to it becoming rough on the skin . It's also a bit noisy, which isn't a big deal, but I expected it to be quiet with the lager-like design. But most importantly I have used it for its intended purpose and as confirmed by my orthopedist without success. Feels good for a short time, but after 3-4 weeks there are no changes in the problem area.
