Review on IM Action by Christopher Theriault

I have worked across multiple departments at iM action including PPC. The people are great - always willing to help out if needed or learn new tricks/tips. They know how important it is to maintain relationships as well as keep up to date on all technologies and platforms being used by businesses today (including SEO). Nothing really! It's been some time since I've last had contact but they take care of their customers very well indeed, which makes me feel like staying loyal will be rewarded. I like how they're very specific about what your goals should be before they start working on your website. They also have a lot of resources to help you along the way. The support team can sometimes seem a little slow at responding but they eventually get back to you. I've used them for my 3 main websites (2 ecommerce, 1 blog).
