Works great with Raspberry Pi and with Ansible to change colors.
This is a great little device. Easier and almost as cheap as trying to build your own, ok maybe not that cheap but it's nice. I use them with Raspberry Pis in a cluster and use Ansible to switch colors based on various things like detecting which device Ansible is currently configuring and then whether they were successful or not. Helps keep the visual state of things for play and testing. I could also see that they are useful for various demos.
