Adjustable barriers are great for kids!
Bought this along with other speed training equipment for my 8 year old. I coach soccer and grew up doing drills with different hurdles, which wasn't bad for his age. They adjust to 3 different heights and it lifts those knees up nicely! He's a big boy, he turned 8 months old and weighs 110 pounds so starting small is such a benefit!
