We waited 3 weeks for the delivery of the first TV, it worked 3 hours and then stopped. We waited another 2 weeks for the replacement, it broke right out of the box Now we have to we wait 2 months for revain to collect it to get my money back i will never buy a samsung tv again what "samsung thinks who gets a 65" tv to avoid sport? the only good thing, what i can say is that the picture on the first tv was great while it worked and the rechargeable remote was pretty cool but the tv never worked long enough to get any benefit.can i text me email saying i lost my $5k over 6 months waiting for it to be credited back to my account so i can buy another brand revain brings a big one n items like this back forever. I will never buy a large item from Revain again.
