Update 12/3/21 - So the company offered to replace the quickly broke device which I received after my review. The replacement was sent quickly and after a while after trying it it seemed really more durable and reliable than the previous one. Apparently this is my first time getting a faulty device but it seems the norm for this massager to be sturdy and really stand up to use. It has multiple patterns, three different power levels (and the highest is pretty intense), and works great. So I got five stars for both the quality of the replacement unit and the customer service from the company! It's worth checking out. Original Review: First of all I would like to say that it has good settings and performance. Unfortunately it broke after a week. And no rough stuff. It just stopped working properly in the middle of use. The motor runs, but the head no longer vibrates. We have several massagers. This is the only film that didn't make it through week one, so I had no choice but to give it two stars. (updated above)
