Hardware is good - software is a real problem

It looks like it has a valid Windows 10 license but there are no documents to prove it. Malware detected on the system. Do not use this product as supplied. For your own safety, you should reinstall your computer with a fresh copy of Windows 10 before putting it into production. The hardware works fine, but the problem lies with the software. A breach of trust, as I understand it.
