Great for business. Not as hard as some of the ones I've had. Good size and fits most airplane seats (except small airplanes where nothing fits). I immediately made a small rearrangement - cut out a soft thing for a laptop, so I have more space for things. Then I unbuttoned the lining and cut out another layer of padding at the back. In fact, many of them have so much padding that they can't fit anything useful. Now I like it a lot more and it goes with everything I need. I traveled in Europe for two weeks for business and pleasure and I really enjoyed it. Now I need to figure out how to add a shoulder strap and everything will be perfect.
