This was my second Kenneth Cole Reaction laptop bag, bought to replace my cheaper laptop bag. I had a really good experience with the first KCR and when the aforementioned 'cheaper' bag fell apart I went back to a trusted name and product. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with this bag. I've had this bag for a month or two and use it almost every day - for work and business trips. The pockets were just right for my organized style but I didn't have to leave anything behind. The handle works well and is not flimsy at all. Despite numerous underseat flights (Delta and Alaska), rainy weather, sunny weather, bumpy parking and long car rides, it shows no signs of wear. It looks nice and stylish but could do better. Does not fit under all middle and island seats on some American Airlines aircraft, but will fit under the window seat. Great for business. Not as hard as some of the ones I've had. Good size and fits most airplane seats (except small airplanes where nothing fits). I immediately made a small rearrangement - cut out a soft thing for a laptop, so I have more space for things. Then I unbuttoned the lining and cut out another layer of padding at the back. This bag is PERFECT. I travel 50% for work and was looking for a trolley computer bag for women. It even fits on small top shelves.
