Product description says it fits my handheld vacuum. This is Model No. HHVI315JO32. Technically it does. The problem is that the tabs in the hard plastic part of the filter have open holes: tabs that shouldn't open. Open holes mean dust and other debris can enter the engine block. Not good. The purpose of the filter is to capture dust. As another buyer here commented, I filled these holes with sealant. A bit annoying, but at least it works. I will be ordering future filters from the Black & Decker website.
