Product not working properly. I ordered a replacement and it still doesn't work. The first device worked for 2 days and stopped printing. The replacement does not print correctly. Prints incorrectly, only prints half of the line. It doesn't print the whole line. Very bad product and disappointed with it. Even the replacement is the same. The touchscreen is of very poor quality, you have to press the screen for a while to move the details.
