I will update this review in a few weeks - I've only been using the product for 2 days. But so far I like it very much. It might be messy so make sure you use it over your sink and keep your mouth shut while cleaning. How to use: Wet your toothbrush and then use the included scoop and apply a little onto your toothbrush. Place the brush in your mouth, close your lips as much as possible and brush for two minutes (focusing on your front/exposed teeth). I've never realized how easy it is to drool when trying to brush your teeth with your mouth closed, which is why I highly recommend doing it over the sink instead of walking around the house (lesson learned). The product has neither taste nor any unpleasant texture. After two minutes of brushing, spit in the sink, rinse your mouth, and rinse. There were no stains in the bathroom. As a smoker and frequent coffee lover, I noticed the effect after just two uses. It's no magician - if your teeth are yellow, they won't turn them blindingly white like Ross's in this episode of Friends. But if it definitely helps - I've noticed my teeth are whiter and a little lighter. If you smoke a lot and drink soda or coffee, you will notice a difference with this product - it quite effectively fights the slightly yellowish tint that develops over time. Pros - no taste, no unpleasant texture, no sensitivity, effective, easy to use, lots of product and the container seems to last a while, scoop included. Cons - can potentially be messy if you brush your teeth wildly like a spastic raccoon
