I love USB multiport chargers and use them at home and at work. A few years ago I had some old chargers and they had recently worn out so I bought 3 of them. I immediately used 2 new chargers and they worked great, they have a long cord, they are small and compact. I saved the 3rd to use later. I needed it yesterday but found the third one was defective. I tried charging different devices with different sockets and different USB cables, but it was clear that they were defective. I looked at my order in Revain. I have sent the seller a message. He answered by asking a few questions. And today, a day later, the seller sent me a coupon that covered 100% of the cost of the replacement I bought today. It was very easy and carefree. No stress. I need 3 more chargers. i will buy this
