So far I like it, have only been using it for a week. I've noticed that the breakage is a little less, I'm not sure if my hair has gotten thicker. UPDATE: I've been using it for quite some time. I love how it makes my hair soft. This will help keep the curls in place when you use shampoo and conditioner. As for the thickness, I didn't notice that he made it thicker. Although he has matured, this could be from normal growth. Less breakage is still a plus if you use both. I don't know if it would be different if you use another brand of air conditioner so it doesn't break. I know this conditioner doesn't seem to weigh my hair down, I have very fine straight hair. Haven't tried anything else. You have to judge this for yourself.
